Dear Yogis,
As London heads into Tier 3 from midnight tonight, we will need to close the doors to Yoga House once more. We are getting quite use to this and have our online yoga schedule ready to go, including pilates, online Gong Baths and alchemy bowls, our On Demand Service (for when you can’t make a class time) is also full of great content. We will continue to support you, seven days a week with our wonderful set of teachers to keep your yoga and pilates practice as stable as possible and provide all the encouragement we can.
All members have been emailed separately and all class passes will be extended for when we open again, you can also swap in studio passes for online by emailing us at support@yogahouselondon.co.uk.
This time of year can already be difficult for our emotions and energies levels. It’s time to take Yoga off the mat and make sure we are checking in with ourselves and really doing what serves you, instead of what we think we should be doing. Letting go of how we think things should be and accepting how things are.
This year has shown us how important Yoga is to our mental health and wellbeing. Being able to ground and centre ourselves as life continues to provide challenges is a true gift. This gift is also the best thing we can do for our families and loved ones. Your self care provides a more nurturing and available soul for those around you.
We have been overwhelmed with all the love and heart warming support the Yoga House Community has given us this year. We hope we can continue to support you and ask that you support us by finding your mat and joining us online. We have many classes, passes and membership options available.
