Dear Yogis,

IT’S OUR 3rd BIRTHDAY!
On Wednesday 10 February

What a three years it has been! We have evolved some much, growing stronger and learning to adapt and change. At the core of Yoga House is Yoga. A gift we are blessed to share with you.

We have some party plans to share with you and you can enter our great birthday giveaway for prizes including a membership, yoga mat and €100 voucher.

This February, we have teamed up with the wonderful Re:Earth to help restore Mother Earth with the practice of Yin. We have six fantastic workshops coming up and Lydia has joined the list with a Water Mandala Master Workshop.

We are so excited to announce some new YH Live Sessions – Andrew McGonigle (Dr Yogi) will be joining us on Instagram to discuss supporting students with injuries.

And for our 3rd birthday we’ve teamed up again with presscription juices to give you a discount code on their super healthy and extra delicious juice cleanses.

And finally what is a birthday without cake?
Check out the yummiest chocolate peanut butter treats.

LOOKING BACK

We have partnered up with Re:Earth – created to restore Mother Earth by planting more trees. For the month of February we will be donating £1 for each student that attends Kasia’s Yin & Alchemy Bowl Class | Fridays | 6pm.

Blue Carbon coastal ecosystems – like mangrove forests – are 5-10 times more effective than a rainforest at removing carbon from the air. They protect from rising seas and flooding and provide important habitats for marine life – meaning that protecting and restoring coastal habitats is a good way to reduce climate damage and replenishing our ecosystems.

In February Re:Earth are supporting Tree Nation in Madagascar. They hire local villagers to plant trees in two locations in the North West of the island (Vilamatsa and Papamena).
We have SIX amazing workshops to offer you from our wonderful teaching family.
All workshops include recorded access if you can’t attend live

PRESSCRIPTION JUICES
SUPER HEALTHY, SUPER TASTY JUICE CLEANSES

Thank you to everyone that has asked about our juice cleanses on IG stories.
We’ve been trying different cleanses from Presscription Juices and they are delicious, refreshing and super healthy.

The juices are formulated using old-press machines and are 100% raw and unpasteurised, you can choose your cleanse programme HERE

The shots are also delicious and give you a great, smooth kick during the day! We can also highly recommend the almond milk and cacao cure, the best chocolate milk ever….(without dairy or refined sugar).

It’s a wonderful way to cleanse, filter and look after your body, skin and organs. They deliver really quick and the guide that comes with the juices are really useful and informative.

If you have any questions they are really supportive and have an experienced team of experts from nutritionists and chefs to holistic and homeopathic practitioners and can personally guide you through what is best.

The last time we wrote about the Presscription cleanses lots of our students took up the cleanse programmes and their feedback has been great.

Here’s a 15% discount on all their cleanses using code yogahouse15 at checkout.

Final Note
Thank you to everyone for your support. It has been lovely to see so many of you taking the online classes and we hope you are enjoying our content, whether you are just reading these newsletters, watching our IG Live sessions or following and engaging with us on social media we really do hope we can help in some way.

Together we can truly make things better, we know it can be difficult to keep to a routine in these uncertain times but taking a class regularly or when you can has so many benefits to your mental wellbeing.

We are here for you, please get in touch if you have any questions and keep practising.
