Expanding Your Practice

The change is coming. 

Flowers begin to bloom, more light in the evenings and the sun is brighter and warmer.. it’s nearly time for us to re-emerge and we have some exciting workshops to help us with this transition.

This weekend Alice will be helping to Build Our Resilience. She will cover a number of tools to help manage stress and anxiety.


This March you can also join Aina’s Deepening Your Practice Workshop. In these two hours she will be breaking down every part of your practice. You will no longer need to rush your vinyasa, but have an understanding of each posture, transition and their importance.  

With Mother’s Day this weekend, we have a great workshop coming up soon for all the Mum’s to be Natalie & Zannie are joining forces to offer 
an afternoon of Prenatal Restorative Yoga followed by Prenatal Nutrition.

All our workshops would make a great Mother’s Day Present!

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic system that emphasises the connection between breath and movement through a series of postures designed to balance strength and flexibility, whilst simultaneously focusing and calming the mind. Through its flowing style and use of breath and bandhas, Ashtanga creates heat in the body that stimulates the nervous system and burns through blockages in the body, to release latent life force energy.
This April, you can take a deeper dive into this practice by joining Imir Frazer @imirfrazer for a
50hr in person Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training.

The course is certified by Yoga Alliance and is open for yoga teachers and students with 2+ years of asana practice.

Prenatal Yoga + Nutrition for Healthy Pregnancy
Workshop with Natalie & Zannie

This workshop will show you how to nourish and replenish body & baby.

Natalie will guide you through a 60 minute Prenatal Restorative yoga session offering gentle poses to create subtle space in the body for you & baby. The class is designed to calm the mind bringing you into the parasympathetic nervous system. This will be followed by a deeply restful guided mediation – leaving you feeling completely supported. The practice is safe through all trimesters & after labour.

Nutritional therapist Zannie Krogh will then show you how to optimise nutrition to maintain a healthy pregnancy. This will include how to balance macro nutrients and which key micro nutrients that are important in each trimester for baby’s healthy development.
