1 frozen banana
1 small knob of ginger, peeled
1/2 a mango, peeled and roughly chopped
Juice of half a lemon
Pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 cup of oat milk
Simply blend all ingredients until smooth and serve immediately
