Next up in our Mental Health series we are looking at Meditation
Meditation sounds like a simple tool which we can use to calm and still the mind. The ability of calming and stilling the mind is actually quite a difficult one to master. It requires understanding and practice but is well worth the effort. 

From Tuesday 18th May, Ryan is returning to the schedule with a Meditation Course & we have a new studio Meditation class starting with Megan on Sunday 30th May.
