Our breath is the key to our life and yet we are so disconnected from it. This class will look at the power of the breath and how it can transform your mood, release tension and change your life.
New teacher Pippa will work through practices to charge your breath to gently shift any stuck emotions or energy that are held in your system. You will then integrate anything that showed up in the charge and ground your energy back into the body with a more meditative flow.
Each week is themed slightly differently. As you immerse yourself in each journey using music, words and intentions, it will help you break open and elevate your soul. Classes may also include play with somatic movement to express emotions from the inside out.
Breath Work is a truly transformative practice. You can work as slowly as you wish and will have full support from Pippa.
