Autumn is in full swing!
We have a host of Workshops coming up at the Studios to help find the rest you may be craving. We have Gong Baths with Junior and a beautiful Alchemic Sound Healing with Kate taking place under the Taurus Full Moon on November 20th.
We will also be celebrating the Magic of the Winter Solstice with a Sound Bath from Lizzy. Come and experience her crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other magical instruments.
We are thrilled to have Alice back in person for a Winter Bliss Workshop – there will be Yin, Yoga Nidra, Sound & Chocolate!
And last but not least we have Jamie Blowers leading a Rocket Yoga Fundamentals Workshop. Jamie was a student of the founder of Rocket Yoga so this workshop is a must for Rocket fans or anyone wanting to find out more about the practice.
Our Therapy Room is also ready to reopen soon and we are looking for any practitioners who need a space. All details are below and get in touch for more info.

Rocket Yoga Fundamentals

Key fundamental Rocket asanas will be broken down through exploring regressions, progressions and transitions. This workshop can be an entry point for those new to Rocket, for current Rocket practitioners to learn some fresh interpretations or yoga teachers looking to expand their teaching practice repertoire.
