We are thrilled to welcome Jamie Blowers to Catford Studio this weekend for a Rocket Yoga Fundamentals Workshop. In these 3 hours, the key fundamental asanas in the Rocket Series will be broken down through exploring regressions, progressions and transitions. This workshop can be an entry point for those new to Rocket, for current Rocket practitioners to learn some fresh interpretations or yoga teachers looking to expand their teaching practice repertoire.

Jamie has been enjoying teaching Rocket and leading Rocket yoga Teacher Trainings for many years and was trained and endorsed as a Rocket trainer by Larry Shultz – Creator of The Rocket Practice in San Francisco.
