At this busy time of year when the world outside becomes very noisy it can make it more challenging to discern, process and regulate our thoughts, feelings and emotions. This in turn can block us from being able to tune into our intuition, inner wisdom and experiencing of peace, equanimity and bliss.
The practice will offer you the opportunity to deeply unwind, as well as provide you with the time and space to rest and tune inwardly. Expect gentle somatic movement and yummy yin postures to target and release areas of tension. Finishing with yoga nidra and sound to lull you into a deep state of relaxation and bliss! As you awaken from your deep rest you’ll be offered delicious vegan chocolate and guided through a mindful, sensory eating experience.
