So the original context for courage was actually telling the story of your whole heart.    We are beyond thrilled to have Lisa Hood back in person this weekend to host a magical two hour Workshop – An Afternoon of Rose 🌹 During this workshop, you will connect with your heart’s intuition and open up to a fresh perspective in this nourishing and peacefully spirited afternoon. Escape the coldness outside and enter the warm energy and relaxation of the room with a heavenly selection of essential oils to breathe deeply and instantly bring ease to your body and mind. A Little More About the Workshop… Exploring the powerful frequency of Rose Quartz, unravelling the layers of this forgiving, full of hope and loving crystal. We will spend the afternoon charging up your heart center, focusing on thoughtful journaling, crystal meditation and soothing restorative yin accompanied by wonderfully healing crystal singing bowls. Each person will receive their own piece of rose quartz, and together will be guided in an intention setting ritual. It’s the ultimate sacred self care afternoon. Come, you know you deserve this. A Little More About the Lisa… Lisa has been working with bodies for over 16 years. She trained and performed as a professional dancer and has been teaching yoga for 7 years. The past five years she has been drawn to more powerful methods of Mindfulness.   ‘My love for all things crystals, tarot & oracle cards, essential oils and cacao has given me more tools to explore how to feel empowered Watching the moon, understanding its energy and having the freedom to be bold enough to manifest with conviction, has really given me the opportunity to make decisive exciting decisions in my life.   When I hold workshops, I vie to deepen everyone’s experience, perhaps by holding a focused manifesting session or working with crystals.
