We wanted to let you know that our classes are running as usual this week with an extra sunrise on Tuesdays starting tomorrow with Jos. 🙂
Both studios are luckily in old concrete buildings that don’t heat up this easily, plus we have our aircon, fans and windows ready to cool the spaces even more.
Remeber to hydrate and listen to your body by moving slower or taking extra rest if needs be.
