Can you believe it, we are 5 TODAY!

Yoga House opened it’s doors at Lee Studio on February 10th, 2018. Our aim was to create an oasis of calm, in a corner of South East London. Overwhelmed with the love received, we were able to start Yoga House 2.0 and open our Catford Studio the following year.

Plenty of life hurdles and obstacles have come our way, but our mantra to serve our community and make yoga accessible to all has guided us through.

Five glorious years on, we welcome 100s of students a week to one of our 50 classes. We have over 30 regular teacher and a large network of support teachers. Our front of house team of nearly 10 are the core of our space, welcoming and helping students.
