YOGA HOUSE WEEKLY

April is here and it finally brings the promise of sunshine!
As we get more daylight, we might feel new found energy and motivation to reconnect to our regular practice. This week brings quite a lot of meaningful things. We have the full moon in Libra on Thursday – always a potent time to set intentions. We are welcoming the energy of rebirth with Easter and having some new additions for you at the studio.

CACAO CEREMONY WITH CARLOS

We are pleased to have Carlos Mundalah joining us for his Magical Cacao Ceremony. The cacao ceremony has the intention of accompanying the participants through a personal process. The context creates the experience. It’s done in a circle, everyone drinking the same therapeutical dose of pure cacao.

We focus on the breathing and the mindstate during the 2 hours that Cacao has the most effect, while a meditation is guided to work on the personal intention. The session will be accompanied with Live music.
