Course Structure

Our teacher training has been consciously curated to empower future yoga teachers looking to find their own voice in the yoga teaching world.

The training will take place January – April 2024 in our London Studios.

To find out all about our training and meet our Lead Teacher Kasia Blackwell & Support Teacher Lydia Buckler, join us Saturday 16 September for the Open Day. You will be able to sample a vinyasa flow class and a lecture on the 5 Ingredients of Vinyasa. Following that, we will share some herbal tea and have a Q&A session.
