Welcome to YOGA HOUSE, a new yoga studio in the heart of Lee, SE12 London. Find us in the old shopping centre Leegate, 1st floor, just up the spiral staircase ~ units 31-33 Leegate SE12 8SS London.
We loved transforming this forgotten location into a wonderful space for the local yoga community and beyond.
The studio is designed with an urban feel, natural cork flooring, big windows flooding lots of light in and filled with plenty of plants helping to keep the air pure and fresh.
We offer warm and room temperature classes with wonderful teachers that bring their own unique style and energy into each class. We are a fully equipped studio with mats and all props available. Our studio is a mobile + shoe free zone.
You can join us for dynamic Vinyasa, Rocket and Power flows or take it slow with Yin and monthly Gong meditation. We also offer regular workshops and kids/family Yoga classes.
For full class offering please explore our site.
Yoga connects the Mind, Body and Spirit. It creates harmony and balance. It helps to quieten the mind, strengthen the body and helps to find happiness. With regular practice you will soon discover the wonderful benefits it has to offer.
It's available to all. Yoga is universal.
It really doesn't matter if you can't touch your toes... The purpose of yoga is to find stillness and connection with yourself. Self acceptance. Breath. Being present in the moment. Being kind to self and others.
