Dynamic (Vinyasa) Flow is a dynamic sequence, connecting each movement with the breath, creating heat, body strength and flexibility. Lots of warriors and downward dogs, having fun on the mat whilst working on releasing tension and letting go of any worries. It will make you feel truly relaxed and connected with your body.
