Welcome to MYOGA Newsletter
September 2017

Welcome to the first MYOGA with Kasia newsletter.

Hope you all had a fabulous summer and are happy to be back!

It’s so easy to fall out of the healthy routine while on holiday, lots of travelling, stress with packing, no time to eat wholesome meals, piña coladas on the beach…. I know I’ve been there too. Not to mention our motivation and energy levels swaying more towards staying in horizontal position with a good book.

But do not worry, allowing yourself some down time is ok, even necessary, after all we all need some time to recharge and unwind.

Time away makes coming back to the usual routine that little bit easier and bearable and now as you’re here, lets bring the healthy balance back.

Having a regular fitness regime is a great way to recover from holiday sins and keep strong and healthy through out the year.

From September you will have even more chances to Yoga with me.

Hot Vinyasa, Dynamic Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, Kids and Family Yoga, group and private sessions ~ all available with even more dates/locations added.
I’m very excited to announce that from Friday 8th September there will be a regular 10am morning yoga at Blackheath Complementary Health Centre.

Join me in this light and airy space, for 1 hour of dynamic flow to set you up for the weekend.
Family/Kids Yoga (5-10yr olds) will be back from Saturday 9thSeptember, fun sessions for little yogis at 2pm every first Saturday of the month at Complementary Health Centre, Lee.
You can find the full and up to date schedule, plus book online via my website. https://www.myogalondon.co.uk/classes

If you find yourself short of time and can’t commit to a regular class attendance, don’t worry, that doesn’t mean you have to stop doing Yoga. There are lots of free Yoga sessions on Internet.

I also created a YouTube channel where you can now find mini Yoga sessions to practise with me. Please use the link below or subscribe to my channel to get regular updates on new sequences:

Nourishing the body with healthy food is as important as working out. After all we need fuel to keep the body going. But food is not only that, food can make you feel amazing and even heal you.

Try using seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Our bodies adjust accordingly to the nature surrounding us, so it’s only natural to crave seasonal produce.

As Autumn is on its way, the colours around us change and it’s great to reflect that in the food we prepare.

Making food that warms your body and soul from inside out, will make the transition from Summer to Autumn easier. Why not giving this delicious and super easy recipe a go – perfect for a filling breakfast or light lunch.

You will need:
One small grated courgette – to create a nest for the fried egg, drizzle it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Fry your egg and place on top. Sprinkle with lightly pan fried pumpkin seeds, chilli flakes and sea salt. Enjoy!

Healthy balance wouldn’t be a balance if it didn’t include some indulgence. I came across these amazing; ethically sourced chocolate disk infused with herbs, for eating and drinking and simply had to share them with you.

Check out their shop below and treat yourself to chocolate that not only looks great, but is also GOOD FOR YOU.
Thank you for reading and subscribing to my newsletter.

Keeping subscribed will keep you up to date with news on classes, workshops, future events and all the other yoga related stuff.

Spread the love and share it with anyone you think might be interested. All subscribers will be entered into a monthly prize draw. In September it's one of these cool Chilly's Bottles!
Big Love
