It’s so easy to fall out of the healthy routine while on holiday, lots of travelling, stress with packing, no time to eat wholesome meals, piña coladas on the beach…. I know I’ve been there too. Not to mention our motivation and energy levels swaying more towards staying in horizontal position with a good book.
But do not worry, allowing yourself some down time is ok, even necessary, after all we all need some time to recharge and unwind.
Time away makes coming back to the usual routine that little bit easier and bearable and now as you’re here, lets bring the healthy balance back.
