Happy 2018 Yogis.

I hope you are all set and ready to go...

A couple of years ago on New Year's Day I read an
article by Hip & Healthy 'If You Only Do One Thing This Week...Create A Life That You Love' and it really inspired me to make some changes in my life.

Two years on and I really believe that those small shifts we make in our mindset make a huge difference.
After all we create our own reality and with hard work we can make things happen.

Sharing these steps with you, they might inspire you too.

Do more of what you love. For me it was always about yoga, so I made this statement my mantra. It's not always easy to find time for yourself, but if you dedicate even just few hours a week to do what you're passionate about, your level of happiness will increase significantly.

Surround yourself with like minded people. Find your tribe and love them hard. The connection with like minded people creates a wonderful, inspiring energy that can lift you up and keep you motivated in reaching your goals.

Practise self-love. Such an important part in creating a happy life. It's not about self obsession or egoistic traits. Just being kind to yourself and fully accepting and loving who you are. Knowing that you are enough and that you are complete. Being your true self and believing in yourself. When you become your own friend life is so much better!

Fake it 'til you make it. Simply start living your ideal reality like you're already there, and things will start to shift for the better. It works I promise!

Embrace change and just do it. Embrace the changes happening in your life, don't give up on your dreams even if it feels like you're going nowhere. Your dreams are here for life they don't have an expiry date, just get up and keep trying. Put in the hard work, stay positive and the results will appear soon enough.

some B I G news !!

I'm super excited to announce that MYOGA with Kasia will very soon open as a yoga studio in Lee Gate Centre with a new name ~ Yoga House London. I dreamed about opening a studio for a while, hoping to enhance the growing yoga community in our local area. We are now in the process of doing some small renovations and hopefully by the end of January will be open for classes!

For some time now, I was looking for a perfect space big enough to cater for all. To run all my classes in one location, workshops, meditation sessions and inviting other teachers to share their knowledge and love for yoga.

My dream is to create a welcoming space for all to enjoy, with a community feel at its heart. Somewhere where you can unwind, reconnect and find happiness. An inspiring, creative space to make you feel welcomed in. I will put a lot of hard work and my heart into making it happen. I hope Yoga House will become your yoga destination, filled with lots of good vibes.

The studio will offer yoga for all including kids/family sessions, classes at warmer and room temperature, dynamic vinyasa, restorative, rocket, candlelit, gong, beginners yoga, community classes supporting charities and some more...

For the time being all my classes are running as usual in the current locations. Look out for updates about the opening weekend for the new studio. I'm nervous, but also very thrilled. As they say 'A good goal should scare you a little and excite you a lot.' I cannot wait to practise together in the Yoga House!!

Family/Kids Yoga (5-10yr olds) will be back on Saturday 6th January. A fun 45min sessions for little Yogis and their parents at 2pm, still at Complementary Health Centre, Lee.

We learn gentle yoga poses through stories, talk about breath and simple meditation techniques. No experience necessary. You can book via the link below.

After all the Christmas indulgence I decided to start the New Year with a healthy routine.
I ordered a pack of green cold pressed juices from Plenish. I am aiming to start my day with this green goodness instead of my beloved cup of coffee... Yikes!! Wish me luck!!

Drinking green juice packed with chlorophyll will boost your immunity, and make you glow from inside out. Apparently it's best to drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, when our cells are hungry for the nutrients these juices provide. Plus they taste delicious. Visit their page to see what they have on offer.
Thank you for reading and subscribing to my newsletter.

Keeping subscribed will keep you up to date with news on classes, workshops, future events and all the other yoga related stuff.

Spread the love and share with anyone you think might be interested. All subscribers will be entered into a monthly prize draw. This month it's 'Positive Energy' Yogi tea ~ an Ayurvedic and organic blend that will energise and uplift the spirit. And every Yogi tea has a little message for you with some wisdom words to inspire.
Must. Do. Yoga.
See you on the mat!
