A deeply restorative class using sound of alchemy crystal bowls to move the body into a deep state of rest.
The Alchemy crystal singing bowls are made from 99.992% pure crushed quartz and heated to about 4000 degrees F in a centrifugal mold. They are then infused with gemstones and precious metals, creating the ‘alchemy’. Each bowl has a variety of effects; clearing, activating, restructuring, rebalancing and healing.
Alchemy bowls emit a pure, cosmic sound that expands into a multitude of vibrant overtones. Through sound, vibration and intent they assist in clearing blockages, rewiring brain chemistry, activating chakras and elevating our state of consciousness to ever more refined levels.
Join us on Sunday to enter a state of pure bliss.

Open to all levels, usual class pass.

with our guest teacher Marina De Lima Saturday 8th Jun 1-3pm

A 2 hour workshop focusing on healing and deeper levels of embodiment through the practice of yin and guided meditation.

Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga, with postures being held for longer periods of time. It helps to improve flexibility. Yin stretches and targets connective tissues between the muscles and fascia in the whole body. It helps to increase circulation in the joints and is a wonderful way to practise stillness of the mind. Yin also helps to regulate the flow of energy in our body.

The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head.

Join us for this wonderful workshops of chakra balancing through a blissful practice of yin.

Open to all levels, Early Bird £20

Our second studio is coming along nicely and we will be sharing our opening weekend with you very soon. We are excited to be entering the vibrant area of Catford, and regularly attend their amazing community events like the monthly Food Market + Vegan Market.
The space we are creating will be as lovingly put together as our studio in Lee and we have some more amazing things lined up for it so keep your eyes peeled.
And we would like to announce that our current members will be able to enjoy both studios on their contract - so even more reasons to join!

We are delighted to say that our GUEST TEACHER CHARITY CLASS raised over £200 in the month of Feb, all for Lewisham Food Bank Charity. These classes happen every Thursday at 12pm and are open to all with as little as £5 suggested donation. We invite various teachers and give them an opportunity to share their teachings and we will continue to support local charities - still raising money for lewisham Food Bank in March.

Another way of giving and receiving back at our studio is our KARMA YOGA scheme. Volunteers help us to set up before and after the classes in return for free yoga. If you would like to join our lovely group of Karma Yogis please email the studio.

Two of our Karma Yogis have now moved on to our paid reception positions, so there are always opportunities for more.

If you would like to take your yoga practice to the next level we have two amazing offerings for you.

Golden Milk is one of our favourites and it's very easy to prepare at home. This drink is anti - inflammatory, comforting, immune boosting, cold curing and preventing!!

Turmeric itself has amazing anti-inflammatory properties, is full of antioxidants, it's great for our gut health and skin. With this recipe you can add extra amazing superfoods like ginger, cinnamon and the wonderful honey.

What you need:

A cup of favourite milk (ideally plant based)
2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of ginger powder
1 tsp of honey
black pepper

How to do it:
place the milk in a small sauce pan over low heat, add turmeric, ginger and cinnamon to the milk - heat it slowly then transfer to a cup, add honey and sprinkle with a little bit of black pepper (this helps a better absorption of turmeric)

Enjoy your sunshine in a cup!
