A creative seeker – with a passion for holding space for others through movement and sound. Kasia loves sharing the practice of yoga, hosting retreats, workshops and running two yoga studios and online classes. Her classes combine dynamic and creative flows, led by the breath and body’s intelligence – with an aim to feel good, happy and connected. Kasia loves the power of stillness, and regularly teach yin and alchemy bowl sound meditations. Our bodies are very good at navigating us through life and if we truly connect and listen, we can transform how we feel. Yoga helped Kasia find a connection to herself and to others, and it’s her biggest passion to share this with others.

Lydia Buckler

Lydia began her training with Yoga Professionals in 2016 where she gained her initial qualification, a diploma in teaching yoga. As a professional dancer, she was curious to learn people’s yogic journeys from all different walks of life, ages, physicality’s & capabilities, consequently learning what it really means to teach yoga, share and encourage experiences. Lydia has furthered her studies with the dynamic practices of The Rocket (50hrs) and Mandala Vinyasa & Shamanism (55hrs) with The Yoga People in 2017. I am also qualified as a Pregnancy Yoga teacher through Yoga London (85hrs). She teaches a vitalising & powerful practice that is dappled with functional movement and explorative sequencing. Believing, that the practice of yoga should not be about embodying an idealistic view of how it should look but rather connecting our conscious mind to a feeling.
