Nature never rushes. Winter does not resist becoming Spring. The tide does not force its return. The trees know exactly when to bloom and when to let go.
As human beings, we are no different.
Yet somewhere along the way we forgot how to listen.
The practice of Yin Yoga invites us back. Not by asking us to do more. But by asking us to become still enough to remember.
