Yin Yoga Teacher Training

25-hour CPD | January–February 2027

There is wisdom in stillness.

Nature never rushes.

Winter does not resist becoming Spring.
The tide does not force its return.
The trees know exactly when to bloom and when to let go.

As human beings, we are no different.

Yet somewhere along the way we forgot how to listen.

The practice of Yin Yoga invites us back.
Not by asking us to do more. But by asking us to become still enough to remember.

A journey through the Five Elements

Rooted in the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, this five day immersion explores the elemental landscape of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.

Each element offers its own invitation.

Water
Water teaches us to rest.
30th Jan
Wood
Wood reminds us to grow.
31st Jan
Fire
Fire encourages joy and connection.
6th Feb
Earth
Earth nourishes and steadies.
7th Feb
Metal
Metal helps us soften, breathe and release.
13th Feb

Together they become a map back to balance.

As you journey through each element you’ll discover how the meridian system, the seasons, the organs and the emotions are all deeply interconnected.

More importantly, you’ll begin to recognise those same cycles within yourself.

Yin is more than a style of yoga.

It is a practice of listening.

Of creating space.

Of allowing rather than forcing.

Through long held postures, breath, meditation and mindful awareness, Yin teaches us to meet ourselves exactly where we are.

It is often in the quietest moments that the deepest shifts begin.

More than a teacher training

Whether you join us as a yoga teacher or a dedicated practitioner, this training is designed to nourish your whole life.

Yes, you’ll learn how to teach Yin with confidence.

Yes, you’ll understand the philosophy, anatomy, meridians and sequencing.

But perhaps the greatest learning happens away from the mat.

You’ll begin to understand your own energy.

To recognise when you need nourishment.

When it’s time to expand.

When it’s time to soften.

When it’s time to let go.

This is why so many people describe the training as deeply healing
